From top to bottom, excellent. I learned that Jack's grinds their beef in house for the burgers and makes all their soups from scratch. I purposefully stopped today, Friday for the Clam Chowder. Hard to beat with so many clams. I love the Sunset Burger on a normal bun cooked medium ( cause they grind the beef on site, otherwise I order well done ). The restaurant is always clean, the staff so friendly, responsive and on point. I am all over the Bay Area for work and have been to all locations. Fun bar and plenty of TV's to catch the games. I highly recommend that you stop by for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or even happy hour.

Just came back to say that I still love coming here for breakfast and champagne or a bloody mary with friends, and my kids love to come here after seeing their dentist across the street - quick personable service with a smile, a good drink, high quality food, and good times - keep it coming

Food was great. The staff is awesome. Lizette makes sure you feel at home. Always smiling great customer service. Great place for brunch or lunch food comes out fast.

Prego and was craving fish and chips. My husband and I stopped in at around 4pm which is typically a dead time for restaurants and staffing is usually light. Not at Jacks. The host was super personable and friendly. Not typical these days. Our waiter Gabe was great as well. Did a great job filling up our drinks, checking to make sure we had everything we needed. We both ordered fish and chips which were literally delicious. It's not common in the post Covid era to get a great meal accompanied by even better service. 10 out of 10 and major kudos to Gabe for being awesome.

When I first heard about Jacks, I did not realize how much of a gem the place is. Service is amazing , atmosphere is relaxing... but let me tell you about the firecracker they have there... her name is Lizette!! Short, sweet and spicy! From day one I felt like we were family, the 2nd time I saw her she already knew my order. She's super responsive, funny as hell and gets the job done. What an amazing person this woman is and she always brightens my day. Thank you Lizette! You da bomb.com

Very spacious American diner feel to the restaurant- a darker interior at the bar but they have a bright patio section which is covered with a roof but still airy- we opted to sit here. Went for brunch (one of our favorite times for eating out) The food was standard for an american restaurant food- big portions. The lamb burger and sweet potato fries they cooked very well. The farmers market frittata had good flavors but was pretty standard with the hashbrowns, also got the Hangover- good food to fill the stomach and good portions. Staff very attentive and pleasant, they forgot the toast on one of the orders but were quick to bring it out once we pointed it out. Pretty busy restaurant around the weekend at Brunch time- seems like a good go-to brunch spot if you live near the area!

A friend of mine introduced me to Jack's today and I can easily see why this is one of her favorite spots. The menu is robust offering elevated takes on many diner classics and a twist on an array of Mediterranean dishes. There is definitely something for everyone here. All items are big enough for sharing The portions are generous and tasty. The staff were all so nice and welcoming. The chinese chicken salad was delish and the tuxedo cake was the best way to end our meal. I can't wait to go back to try more of their menu items.
